One of the main things that will set Tesoro del Mar apart from all other locations in Mexico, and the rest of the world, will be the services provided.
There will be City provided underground utilities, including water, sewer, and power. All roads will be paved, and public transportation will be available.
In building a new city, certain amenities are a must. Tesoro del Mar will employ its own Police Department.
Fire Department,
and ambulatory services for the community.
We will also provide Urgent Care facilities for our residents and guests, and emergency transportation when a hospital is necessary.
As population warrants, a new high-tech hospital will be built.
New schools for our residents’ children will be built with all the modern conveniences and computer labs, ushering in the next generation for the world’s workforce.
As our city grows we will add Assisted Care living. Currently it costs our elderly between $6,000 and $10,000 in the US for this service. We will provide assisted care for much less and give a much higher caregiver to resident ratio. |
