Welcome to the Home Page for Tesoro del Mar, Mexico’s 21st Century City. Our name means Treasure of the Sea. We are located on the coast of the Sea of Cortez in Sonora Mexico. The location features pristine sandy beaches, beautiful emerald green water, and year-round sunny climate. With the opening of a new international airport near by, several hotel companies have rated this site as one of the top sites in the world for new development.
Our plan is to build a new city with all the benefits technology has to offer. The infrastructure will be cutting edge, from the design of the streets to the forward-thinking layout of the City. We are creating a new architectural style called “New Sonoran”, blending High Tech with an Old World flavor.
Our goal is to attract new industry in the high-tech and nano-tech jobs to our project over the coming years.

Tesoro del Mar offers many different types of neighborhoods for you to choose from. The knowledgeable sales staff will be able to help you, our clients, purchase properties such as: Luxury Condos on the Beach, Custom Homes on the Beach, Custom Lots on and off the Beach, or High Efficiency Retirement Condos near the Beach.
Luxury Condos will be located overlooking the beautiful emerald green water on the Sea of Cortez. These high rise buildings will be super energy efficient with absolutely beautiful views. Condos will range from 1,200 to 2,000 square feet.

Custom Homes will be available to purchase from our plans or yours. Each home will be designed to provide the absolute best view available. All Custom Homes will be a minimum of 3,000 square feet. Homes will have city water, sewer and power connected. All roads will be paved.

Custom Lots will be on and off the Beach and will vary in size. Each lot will have city water, sewer and power at the curb. Paved roads to the lot will be provided.

Retirement Condos will be near the Beach and in close proximity to Emergency Services. The Retirement Condos will be from 400 to 600 square feet and will be very affordable.
